Am I Crazy?
I’m 41. A wife. A mother. A writer. And now a full-time RVer living in this, The Hilton, as some of our camping friends so lovingly coined it many years ago when it was in much better shape—by choice, no less. Am I crazy? Maybe, but I’d rather call it blessed. Blessed that God has gifted me and my husband with the opportunity to follow a new path. One of living small so we can give big—of our time, our resources, and our hearts. Here is a quote I love: “There’s a difference between being alive and living.” I personally want to be more than just alive, so that’s exactly what I plan on doing from here on out—only in a brand new way. Keep scrolling to see more. (Especially if you’d like to see how an 18-year-old boy fits into this possible insanity!)
Mine and my husband’s work-space. I’m sure you can guess which one is mine. But then again, you never know who might dig themselves a bright pink wrist rest. 😉
Coffee maker. Instant hot water kettle for tea. And food. What more does a kitchen really need?! Oh, who am I kidding? I have a lot of kitchen stuff hidden in places I didn’t even know existed, and I’ve been camping in this rig for 14 years!
Our cute little Master Bedroom with mini drawers, mini closets, and a mini sink. Although, it does have a queen-size bed. I have my limits. Oh, and let’s not forget the adorable Master Bathroom, or I should say, the only bathroom. (I have no doubt many of you are believing I really am crazy at this point.)
And now for the pictures you all scrolled down to see, labeled: Home is where the hat is hung. This boy is such a good sport. We couldn’t have asked for a better son.
Thank you for reading! If you would like to follow us along our journey, please sign up for my email list.
And let me know what you think. I’d love to chat.
