Hi, everyone!

I hope you all are happy, healthy, and—for those of you who are still getting clobbered with snow—warm. I wanted to start with the apology. I didn’t realize how hard books 1 and 2 in my Before Series were to read because of how often the characters’ ranks and titles were used. To fix this, I have removed or reworded a lot of the ranks and titles so the books flow smoother. I also fixed some chunky sentences and typos that were missed in book 2. But don’t worry, the stories are still the same, just hopefully easier to read now.

As a token of my apology, I would like to offer any of you who purchased/read on KU either book the opportunity to receive an updated ebook copy. Just let me know if you’d like one and I’ll gift it to you. And for those of you who have already read it, I hope the mistakes and overused ranks and titles didn’t ruin your enjoyment of the story. From here out I will use only the shortened versions.

Now for the request. Although, I feel a little sheepish asking after I’ve admitted that I had to fix both books—again. But if you did enjoy the stories, could you please leave a review on Amazon and/or Goodreads? Reviews make a huge difference to us lonely, slaving away authors. Sad, pathetic face here. 🙁
